The location was great, right near some beautiful spots to explore. I really appreciated the spacious family suite, which provided plenty of room for relaxing. Plus, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic - definitely a highlight of my stay!
The room itself was a letdown. It was dirty and had a strong musty smell that made it really uncomfortable. there was no breakfast offered. Let's not forget the $10 cleaning fee – for what, exactly? not worth the $$$!

The room we stayed in was updated with balcony overlooking the mountains. Convenient and awesome location, a metro station was close to our hotel.
Wi-Fi was very poor, very damp room, a little disappointed.

The room was updated, provided us with another lamp and a big TV, for example, it was a comfortable stay all in all.

I was kinda surprised by the value I got for my money; the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the Smokies, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The breakfast menu could really use a wider variety of options.

The location is perfect, just close enough to explore everything but far enough for peace. The room was comfortable with a nice layout. I loved the clean pool area, especially the indoor one. The staff impressed me with their kindness and willingness to assist. The air conditioning in the room was quite loud was nice. I also found the coffee machine didn't work properly . But the grounds were nice to walk around, and I enjoyed the quiet environment. I'd recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy, always a plus! The sitting area had a decent size and the small balcony was nice for hanging out. The pool was great for the kids too. But, it was a bit cramped and needed better lighting. Pretty solid accommodations but just a few things to tweak.

The location offers a picturesque view with plenty of nature around. The spaciousness of the family suite allows for comfortable gatherings, especially with great beds enhancing restful nights.
Upon entering the suite, a musty odor clung to the air, hinting at a need for better ventilation. Keycards malfunctioning was a hassle, and the breakfast selection was limited to a couple of store-bought pastries, which left us wanting more sustenance to start the day.

We loved splashing around in the pool and even went fishing in the Smoky Mountains. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Definitely consider staying here if you love nature and fun!
One minor downside was that the ceiling fan in our room was pretty dusty, so we opted not to use it. A little cleaning would have.
